Let straight forward discuss on the causes of piles. I am sharing this in my own opinions and observation only. I should say this disease is a so call bad eating habit disease. Most probably at the mid 40’s some occurrence is visible. Eating habits is the main ingredients to the cause of piles.

Eating without chewing: I have heard of chewing food 32 times before swallowing in my early schooling days. But we never pay heed to the teaching of how to maintain and follow to keep ourselves safety with the food we eat. Almost everyone is in hurry burry while eating. We never knew something is gonna happen when you attend the age of 40 ‘s. The very instant of greediness and craziness is always an instinct in our blood. We always want more and more into our stomach. The feeling of filling our stomach full is automatically felt in our brain and so on letting the mouth swallow as quick as possible. Thus we never swallow food while eating say almost 70 % of the race on earth. If anyone swallowing food grinding 32 times with your teeth may please comment on this write up and I will thank you.

Eating more meat: We are omnivorous being so we feed on both plants and animals. Nevertheless we human mostly eat flesh of animals to satisfy our wants of feeding ourselves. But what happens when we overly depend feeding on the meat eg: beef,pork,mutton etc. Those meats are regarded indigestible in our stomach. Therefore it is the reason why Doctors advise us not to eat meat during our treatment of illness. Meat takes longer time to digest in our stomach. So eating more meat in our dinner or supper can be minimize to prevent from getting a eating habit disease called piles.

Eating hot chilly or adding chilly in everyday diet: Eating chilly is good while eating but it is not for the stomach. Eating chilly to the extent of the capacity intake to our diet plan. For sure a person will at first develope gastric problem and at later with piles. Minimizing at the earliest is recommended for our better health. Any of you who is reading my write on piles may retreat or recall your experiences if you are suffering from this problem. Therefore suggestion is sought to limit at the minimum into your diet.

Remedies at home: To make this write up more understandable . I have come up with some few things to remind as a self help at home. Keep reading the following:

Have a better sleep: Having a better sleep is good remedy. Get maximum enough time of sleep at home or outdoor.

Always chew food wherever you eat or whatever you eat: Chewing food as much as the food in the mouth is grinded or broken down you should by all means keep chewing before swallowing it into the stomach.

Avoid eating too much chilly: Possibly eating less chilly will help safe from piles. Eat less chilly or add less chilly in your food or diet will safe your gut. Therefore avoid eating too much of chilly into your diet table to prevent yourselves from the suffering of piles.

Eating less meat into ones eating menu: As stated eating meat takes longer time digesting into our stomach. So like wise having meat at intervals with minimum and chewing it as much as it is liquidated into the mouth will help in the long run towards a better health management.

Conclusion: The fact in which many of us fall prey to this problem of health is continuing. If we don’t understand it with proper knowledge we have to face it until we get the proper idea of how to get rid of it. Therefore it is high time we have to get into it and make into practice. So come let’s make our life with better living. The ideas shared is my opinions only and I am never a medical practioner either.
