Mon District Football Association won the championship of 24th Dr T Ao Trophy 2025 which was held at IG stadium Kohima. It was a great play with the Nuiland District. MDFA finally won by penalty kick. The match was draw with one each. But the luck and blessing was with the MDFA which to the championship of the trophy.
The people of all ages gathered at the local ground Mon town on the 18th August 2025 to celebrate the victory of the great game call football.
